Questions owners ask us.
How long does onboarding take?
Usually two to three weeks. We load your employee records and opening balances into Duoxis EIM, then run one month in parallel with your current process before you switch over.
What if there is an error in a payroll run?
You review and approve every draft before anything is paid, so most errors are caught first. If something is found later, the correction is made as an adjustment in the next run, and our team helps you fix it.
Do we need to change our accounting software?
No. Duoxis EIM exports journal entries and reports in a format your accountant can import.
Can we leave if it doesn't suit us?
Yes. Your data is yours. We hand over your full payroll history in a standard spreadsheet, and we'll explain the notice period in your agreement before you sign.
